Arnold Schwarzenegger

Even the most modest Leo has a theatrical streak. In Leo Arnold Schwarzenegger’s case, with the Sun next to the disciplined Saturn and Pluto, planet of transformation, those energies were not only directed at turning himself into a champion bodybuilder, but into Mr. Universe. And in the process, he rebuilt the reputation of the sport. Movies were next. He’s succeeded memorably, first, as Conan the Barbarian and then as the Terminator. While many Leos would be content with the glory, money - and a wife from the Kennedy family, Schwarzenegger’s now eyeing another goal. The rumour is he’s targeting the California governorship in 2002. True, he wouldn’t be the first actor to achieve that position. But abandoning his Uzi for the tools of political battle will demand reinventing himself again – something his powerfully placed Pluto testifies he has the capacity to do. In fact, he’s already begun, demanding cuts in bad language and violence in his latest film. Still, if he needs any backup, with Jupiter, planet of opportunity, in Leo in 2002, even the planets will be on his side.

Birthday Stars

Although every sign is influenced by the powerful energies triggered by the Full Moon, the fact it takes place on your birthday, and accents both your own life and close alliances, personal and out in the world, indicates you’ve reached a turning point. While, in some cases, you’ll have been aware change was in the air, in others what arises will be as thrilling as it is surprising. True, the swift pace could be unsettling. If so, focus on going with the flow, rather than trying to slow things down. This is about living passionately and, when you can, plunging into the new, unfamiliar and thrilling.
